A Tragic Accident, and one of the reasons I promote safe (and common sense) flights. http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/man-killed-remote-control-helicopter-ny-park-20172775 Please be aware of all your surroundings, and maintain focus on your flying.
I am also going to comment on the video, there is a pilot who is holding his helicopter while the rotors are turning. THIS IS A STUPID THING TO DO, AND SHOW!!! A proper bench with a clamping system to hold the aircraft down should of been used. Even then, catastrophic failure of the rotor head could still send parts flying, so I also recommend the use of a face shield or even better to be standing behind a shatterproof window / wall while testing a helicopter in this manner.
