Hi i just bought the mini rolling spider drone and i few it had a minor crash and now one of the motors are not spinning and it seems tight is there anything i can do besides returning it or emailing parrot??? thanks let me know
I am also new. I have replaced so many parts in my rolling spider that I can almost build a second one. Have you tried looking up the repair procedures on youtube? In all honesty if you can take it back to the store I would. After owning 3 different Parrot products, and seeing them plummet from $40 to $10 a share, I have lost faith in the company.
Every Parrot product I have purchased has malfunctioned terribly (all drones). The only way they stay in business is that many people buy them and crash them and then put them in the trash or on the shelf.
