I think the classic line in that one is: "Believe me, you would do better with a stick with a camera on it to get pictures of your neighbor's backyard," he said. That and high balconies, widows watches, etc... In fact, why not make 2nd stories illegal? On the other hand, if anyone is stupid enough to fly their expensive machine over a neighbors yard on purpose and without permission - and it goes down or the neighbor knocks it down, I think that neighbor has no real obligation to give it back (if this is an unfriendly invasion of air space). Amazon sells 28 foot telescoping arms which would be a lot quieter and hold better cameras!
