I own a H501S high edition model. I am having a problem being able to record video or take a photo. I have tested the sd card and it works. I have tried inserting the sd card before and after turning on the controller and powering up the drone. When I press the exit or enter button on the controller I do not see a message on the controller screen that says it is recording. I get a message that says "push throttle down" which I have tried but with no results. I have carefully read the owner's manual about recording and taking photos. What am I missing? Can you please help me with this? Thanks.
It's a class 10 it seems, it should be fine. That said it's not unusual for certain brands to work better than others in various devices. See if you borrow another brand to try from someone. You can also look to see if there is a Hubsan Quads H501S group on Facebook.
