I used a fishing pole with 20lb test line and a couple of heavy sinkers to loop over the branch it was on (60 feet up), and shook the branch till it fell. Replaced the motors and back in business. As long as the battery is completely dead before it gets wet, just dry it very well with a hairdryer before hooking it back to power and it should be fine.
