A lot RPM per volt is the biggest difference, to top is 850 RPM per volt (4 cell or more battery), to bottom is 2850 RPM per volt. Top one makes more power, 250 Watts worth, bottom only 50 watts And if you read the web links you provided you would see the top one can swing larger propellers and is for bigger aircraft, even the pictures show a physical size difference..............
