That was a very cool video, but there was very little vibration. How does he do that without a gimbal? I wonder if he is using any kind of dampening system.
Yes he does. The platform is held on with piano wire loops, and having the battery on the same platform really helps. His earlier builds were all wood BTW. Some who used his design swapped cables ties for the wire. You should build one. You don't need anything high tech to have a real monster in the sky. The yaw authority is amazing. Rude and crude, but it rocks in his hands.
And I've been spending the last three and a half hours drilling carbon fiber and relocating a 6S battery in an attempt to put an eagle eye gimbol with an Alexmos controller on a Tarot T960 when I could have just broken out the chop saw. Lol.
I like the way incorporates the battery as a dampener. Very smart. I just checked out the video and holy s#%t can that guy fly.
