Hi all. I currently have an AR Drone 2.0 and I'm thinking of upgrading to a DJI Phantom V2+. I'm wondering though if anyone with a gimble stabilised camera uses any post processing for stabilisation? If so then which is the best free or low cost software. I've seen that Adobe after effects is great at this sort of thing but I don't want to pay £600+ out right or £18 per month just on editing software. Thanks in advance. Mark
You really shouldn't need any post processing stabilization with a P2V+, unless you're trying to fly it in a typhoon the gimbal should stabilize the video sufficiently. However, if you decide you want to get one anyway the best one I've used by far is ProDrenalin which you can get at Amazon for $50.
