Just read the poll and it will explain everything. That would be a big help if you did that. Please comment your reason(s) why you made your choice if you can. This is for me and anyone else who is looking for information like this.
The Tali isn't even in the running - it's big and heavy and yet all that size and weight doesn't really lift any more. All multirotors are somewhat experimental, but the Tali is even more so. If you want to fiddle with something a lot, get the Tali. If you want to take pics and videos, get the DJI or the new Yuneec. As far as "hovering", any quadcopter can do that and I generally caution against using a photo/video UAV for just fooling around with because they are so fragile.
