It sure looks (and probably is) a private label from one of the big companies like Syma or JJRC - definitely not worth the price! Similar machines are 55-75 dollars on Amazon and Banggood
i would get a Syma x5c wich is a begginer quad or a Hubsan Quads x4 they do have the Hubsan Quads that is fpv and one with a camera.
I got one of those forearly Christmas. It is a nice starter drone but I find it kind of delicate and flimsy. Especially the landing gear which already broke on mine because of an incident with a cat. I ordered the Suma x5c as a replacement.
