I have a brushless motor that i bought from Hobby king and for some reason when it doesnt have a propeller on it The motor spins perfectly. But as soon as i place a propeller on it and tighten it on it struggles. I have a video of both with and without propellers if anyone can help me out that would be fantastic. Its a project for my final at my school and really need to get this thing in the error and we have had so many problems. Without seeing a close up of the motor and prop I would say your prop is rubbing on the motor body.....add some space between the two.
