I just cancelled a quadcopter purchase from Kingman Inc through Amazon. Their Amazon add clearly stated the copter included the gimbal. I just received an email from Kingman Inc. saying that I now need to pay an extra $175.00 for the gimbal...and if I don't like it I can cancel. Great... This causes many complicated issues re: credit card reward points...credit card credits...waiting for refunds for points and dollars...up to 7 to 10 days...Not a good situation at Christmas time. Just thought everyone should know about these guys. It stinks. Beware.
Alls well that ends well. Kingman came through in the end. They sent the original items express mail as originally promised and everything arrived before Christmas. They even included a gopro knockoff camera! They have more than earned my respect back.
